Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish

- Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients efficiently and safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring timely delivery to meet event schedules
- Serve dishes to guests or coordinate with serving staff to ensure prompt delivery of orders
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when stock needs replenishing
Skills
- Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly valued for understanding special dietary needs
