Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using proper cleaning techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas are sanitized regularly.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients or organizing supplies when needed.
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas remain tidy and inviting.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely availability of clean dishes and utensils for food service.
- Follow health and safety regulations related to food handling, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness.
- Help with basic catering or banquet setups by organizing serving ware and assisting with cleanup.
Qualifications
