Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales tracking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties, while maintaining accurate records of sales.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate service during busy hours, special events, or catering functions such as banquets or nightclub nights.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender or in food service within a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and sales management.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods while maintaining quality service.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for cash handling, retail math, and drink recipes.
• Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally.
• Experience with catering events or banquet service is a plus; fine dining experience is advantageous.
