About Us:
Kane, Hartley & Kane is a busy law firm in Glastonbury, CT, focused on estate planning, probate, and real estate transactions. We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to support our real estate practice and develop their own client base.
Responsibilities
- Handle residential real estate transactions, including contract drafting, review, and closings
- Communicate with clients, lenders, agents, and title professionals
- Manage files independently with staff support
- Assist with estate planning or probate matters as needed
- Build and manage your own book of business (with revenue bonus)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000
- Plus 15% of revenue generated from your own clients

Qualifications
- Active member of the Connecticut Bar
- Experience with Real Estate Transactions preferred
