Job Title: Full-Time Bookkeeper (In-Office)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and independent Bookkeeper to join our team in a full-time, in-office position. This role will focus on day-to-day bookkeeping functions, including tracking payables and receipts, while supporting general accounting operations. Experience in real estate is a plus, particularly for assisting with insurance policy tracking.
Responsibilities:
- Track and record accounts payable and receipts
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
- Assist with insurance policy tracking and related documentation
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Support invoice processing and payment tracking
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
- Work independently while managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Assist with additional bookkeeping and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications / Experience:
- Basic accounting knowledge and bookkeeping experience required
- Experience with Sage / Quantum accounting software preferred
- Real estate experience preferred (especially insurance tracking)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliable and professional
