This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal operations while coordinating parts, equipment orders, shipments, invoicing, and project documentation.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer calls regarding drum filler equipment, parts requests, and service inquiries.
- Provide professional and timely customer support while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Research, source, and order parts based on customer requests and bills of material.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities for equipment and parts orders.
- Prepare accurate invoices, billing documentation, and customer correspondence.
- Process billing information, accounts payable support, and GL-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate project files, records, and inventory data.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory tracking and reconciliation.
- Coordinate equipment shipments and work with freight carriers to meet customer delivery schedules.
- Prepare customer quotes for parts and equipment orders.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and project execution.
- Follow company procedures, safety policies, and quality standards.
- Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong computer and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or equipment-related environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software.
- Experience coordinating shipments and freight logistics.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
