This leader will manage service operations across multiple ERP platforms, govern the roadmap for consolidation into a standardized end-state solution, and partner closely with Operations and Supply Chain leadership to enable scalable, efficient business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery & Operations
- Own end-to-end IT service delivery for Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Procurement applications.
- Manage day-to-day system operations, enhancements, and support across a diverse ERP environment.
- Establish SLAs, KPIs, and service governance to ensure system availability, performance, and reliability.
- Define and govern the multi-year applications roadmap for Operations and Supply Chain systems.
- Lead projects to streamline and standardize business processes across disparate ERP systems.
- Drive the execution of ERP consolidation initiatives toward a unified, scalable platform.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and solutions to enable supply chain visibility, manufacturing efficiency, and procurement automation.
- Build, mentor, and lead an IT applications support and delivery team aligned to Operations and Supply Chain.
- Manage vendor and system integrator relationships to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee contracts, licensing, and vendor performance against agreed outcomes.
- Serve as the primary IT liaison to Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement leadership.
- Translate business requirements into IT solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Provide transparent communication on roadmap progress, project status, and system performance to senior leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8 years of IT applications management experience with 3 years in a service delivery or leadership role.
- Proven track record managing ERP environments in manufacturing, supply chain, or procurement contexts (Epicor, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Demonstrated success leading ERP transformation or consolidation initiatives.
