- Solution Design: Work closely with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in Pega or equivalent case management systems like Appian, IBM Case Manager, ServiceNow or SFDC Cloud; familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clear and actionable deliverables.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Pega, or project management (e.g., CBAP, Pega Certified Business Analyst) are a plus.
