Summary: The National Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and expanding customer relationships across multiple regions. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and promoting company products and services to meet strategic sales goals. The National Sales Representative will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, provide market insights, and support long-term business development initiatives. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across assigned territories.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits.
  • Manage and grow key accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to remain competitive.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and activity reports.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Operations, Customer Service, and Leadership to ensure efficient onboarding and ongoing customer support.
  • Uphold company policies and promote the organization’s values and mission during all customer interactions.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the pallet, packaging, or related industrial products industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of pallet products, logistics, and supply chain processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple territories or accounts.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
