Kamps is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production position supporting a variety of operations, including pallet building, repair, sorting, and material handling.
This role is physically demanding and well-suited for individuals who enjoy active, hands-on work. Team members spend the majority of the day standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, and using production equipment in a fast-paced industrial environment. Our facility is covered but open-air, requiring employees to work comfortably in varying weather conditions throughout the year.
Success in this role comes from maintaining a strong work ethic, working safely, and contributing to the team's production goals each day.
Many of our production positions offer performance-based (piece-rate) pay, allowing employees to directly influence their earnings through productivity. Employees begin with a guaranteed hourly base rate while learning the job and have the opportunity to significantly increase their income as they develop speed, quality, and consistency. Our top performers earn well above the base rate because their effort and performance are rewarded.
