Location: Vinita, Oklahoma

KAMO Power is seeking a detail-oriented Supervisor, Facilities Maintenance at our Vinita, Oklahoma facility. This is a non-exempt position responsible for the operation and maintenance of KAMO’s headquarters and Vinita Service Center facilities, including grounds maintenance, building systems, and facility repairs. This role plays a key part in ensuring optimal efficiency, employee comfort, safety, and compliance with applicable laws and KAMO policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of KAMO headquarters and Vinita Service Center facilities, including grounds and building systems.
• Coordinate and perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement projects while managing contractors and custodial staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and KAMO policies related to facility maintenance and construction.
• Assist with emergency response efforts, office space setup, and maintaining safe and efficient working environments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical degree or continuing education in construction technology, electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in commercial construction, facilities maintenance, industrial management, or construction project management required.
• Working knowledge of:

– Electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and construction systems
– Facility maintenance and project management practices
– OSHA requirements and workplace safety procedures
– Contractor coordination and building systems maintenance

• Equivalent industry experience may be considered in place of degree requirements.
