Location: Vinita, Oklahoma

KAMO Power is seeking a detail-oriented Manager, IT Systems. This is an exempt position responsible for managing KAMO’s computer systems, software responsibilities, and IT personnel at our Vinita, Oklahoma facility. This position plays a key part in ensuring the reliable, secure, and cost-effective operation of KAMO’s information technology systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of information technology personnel, including providing guidance, direction, and training for employees.
• Oversee the security, performance, and reliability of all information systems, including managed member systems.
• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and modify information systems to ensure effective and reliable operations.
• Maintain IT policies, procedures, disaster recovery plans, and data center environments while staying current with advancements in technology and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Networking, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
• Seven (7) to ten (10) years of networking, telecommunications, IT, or related experience required. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of:
• – Computer hardware and software systems– Information technology security requirements and disaster recovery practices– Networking, telecommunications, and system infrastructure– Customer service principles, strategic planning, and leadership techniques
• Equivalent industry experience may be considered in place of degree requirements.All levels of experience welcome. Job level and pay grade will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.
