Now Hiring: Director of Epic Administrative & Financial Systems
We are seeking a seasoned Information Systems leader with deep Epic expertise to oversee critical administrative, financial, and revenue cycle applications, including Epic HB & PB. This role is responsible for driving system strategy, integration, and optimization, while leading a high-performing IS team that supports departments across the health system.
As the Director of Epic Administrative & Financial Systems, you will be the primary leader and subject matter expert for EPIC applications, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with organizational goals. You will partner closely with Finance, Support Services, Administrative offices, Development, and other key stakeholders to optimize workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and enable high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy, planning, implementation, and ongoing support of Epic HB & PB applications and related third-party systems
- Drive integration and interoperability across administrative, financial, and revenue cycle systems
- Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing IS team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Serve as the key IS partner for Finance, Support Services, Administrative, and Development departments
- Oversee complex projects, ensure alignment with deadlines and organizational objectives, and provide on-call support as needed
Qualifications:
- 10 years of Epic experience in healthcare (required)
- Experience with Patient Accounting, Finance, HR, Materials Management, and Revenue Cycle systems
- Proven leadership in managing technical teams and large-scale system implementations
- Strong project management, budgeting, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
