KAMIND IT is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to support our day-to-day operations and help keep our business running smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in business operations, sales and financial administration, Microsoft licensing, and customer service.

You'll work closely with experienced team members, gain exposure to many areas of the business, and develop skills that can help you grow your career over time.

• Assist with day-to-day business and administrative tasks
• Help maintain records, reports, and business documentation
• Support onboarding activities and employee programs
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and company events
• Assist with internal projects and process improvement efforts
• Provide administrative and customer service support to various teams
• Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and learning new technology, including AI
• A US person (citizen or green card)
• This is an in-office position in Lake Oswego, Oregon
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
