You’ll support a keiki with special needs in our After School Program, helping them participate, connect, and grow through play, learning, and friendship. Perfect for future teachers, SPED aides, or anyone who loves helping children thrive.

1:1 Group Leader – Make a Difference for One Child, Every Day

• Focused support, lasting connection – Work one-on-one with a keiki, helping them grow, participate, and feel confident.

• Convenient weekday schedule – Ideal for college students or anyone seeking purposeful part-time work.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 1:45 PM–5:30 PM
Early release Wednesdays begin at 12:30 PM
No weekends. No nights. No late-night prep.

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:

• Enjoy helping children with unique needs feel supported and included

• Have experience as an RBT, SPED aide, or paraprofessional — or simply bring a compassionate, steady presence

• Are patient, positive, and eager to make a meaningful difference every day

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (High school seniors may apply for aide positions)
• Genuine love for working with children
