One-on-One Group Leader – Help One Child Thrive Every Day

As a 1:1 Group Leader, you'll work directly with a keiki who has special needs in our After School Program—creating connection, building trust, and helping them grow through play, learning, and friendship.

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday | 1:45 PM–5:30 PM
- Wednesdays (early release): start at 12:30 PM

You're a Great Fit If You:
- Enjoy helping children with unique needs feel safe, included, and supported
- Have experience as an RBT, SPED aide, paraprofessional—or simply bring a calm, compassionate presence
- Are patient, positive, and motivated to make a difference every day
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Genuine love for working with children
