Predictable Schedule
Monday–Friday afternoons (approx. 1:30 PM–5:30 PM)
Early release Wednesdays (start around 12:30 PM)

What Your Afternoons Will Look Like:
Lead & Engage: Guide groups of children (ages 5–10) through structured activities, outdoor play, and creative projects
Support Learning: Assist with homework and reinforce positive behaviors
Ensure Safety: Maintain a safe, organized environment through active supervision
Work as a Team: Collaborate with site leaders and fellow staff to deliver a smooth, high-quality program
What We’re Looking For
Genuine interest in working with children and supporting their development
Reliable and team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
18 with a high school diploma or GED
(Student aide roles available for those under 18)
Able to commute to Kanoelani
