About the RoleAs a Site Coordinator, you’ll oversee daily program operations while supporting staff and ensuring high-quality experiences for children. Each afternoon is filled with opportunities to connect, lead, and inspire through activities such as:
No nights or weekends. Typical hours are 1:30 PM–5:30 PM, with some sites offering optional morning hours.
Competitive Pay
Site Coordinators earn $22–$26/hour, based on experience.

- Wednesdays (early release) start at 12:30 PM
- No weekends. No nights. No take-home planning
- Experience working with children (formal or informal—coaching, tutoring, or volunteer work counts!)
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Passion for creating a fun, safe, and inclusive environment
- Supervisory experience in childcare or education is a plus
