About the Role:

As a Hotel Guest Room Attendant at the Springhill Suites in Gaithersburg, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every guest experiences a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Your primary focus will be to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms and public areas, contributing directly to guest satisfaction and the hotel's reputation. You will be responsible for thorough cleaning, replenishing supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues to ensure rooms are fully prepared for new arrivals. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.


• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.


• Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.


• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas to optimize workflow efficiency.


• Respond courteously to guest requests and inquiries, providing assistance or directing them to the appropriate hotel staff.
