Do you like putting things together — from robotics to circuit boards — and want to build a long-term career in manufacturing? If so, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a high-precision, growth-focused role.
We are seeking a motivated, detail-driven Production Associate to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves learning a specialized production process that requires strong information retention, accuracy, and a willingness to undergo significant training.

- Learn and execute a technical, high-skill production process requiring precision and consistency.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment with accuracy.
- Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and written procedures to build parts to exact standards.
- Perform quality checks to ensure everything meets strict performance requirements.
- Troubleshoot and solve issues quickly to keep production moving.
- Collaborate with coworkers to maintain workflow and efficiency.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts and contribute ideas.
What We’re Looking For
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step procedures.
- Strong information retention — able to learn and apply complex sequences.
- Hands-on learners who like to tinker, build, problem-solve, and think outside the box.
- Good dexterity and comfort using tools and technology (power tools, tablets, measurement tools).
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in priorities, processes, and product requirements.
- Someone who takes feedback well and uses it to improve.
- Previous production or warehouse experience is helpful, but not required — we will train the right person.
- Interest in robotics, electronics, circuit boards, or mechanical assembly is a plus.

- Steady, reliable first-shift schedule (no overnights).
- Quarterly bonus opportunities.
- A collaborative, supportive, team-focused culture.
