Fireproofing Sprayer / Applicator

At Kaloutas, we take pride in doing quality work, keeping our people safe, and building strong teams. We’re hiring an experienced Fireproofing Sprayer / Applicator to help protect structures and the people inside them.
What You’ll Do:
- Apply fireproofing materials to required thickness with minimal waste
- Operate and maintain equipment (Graco, Titan, Hy-Flex, Putzmeister, mixers, etc.)
- Set up, clean, and maintain hoses, pumps, and tools
- Work safely from lifts, ladders, and scaffolding
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Work as part of a team to get the job done right
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of fireproofing spraying experience
- OSHA-10 required (OSHA-30 a plus)
- Ability to read blueprints and spray charts
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness to travel throughout New England
