About the Role
We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician/Electrician with strong mechanical and electrical skills to keep our feed manufacturing facility running safely and efficiently. This role combines hands-on repair work, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting of PLCs, wiring, 3-phase systems, and mechanical equipment. This position will be on a night shift, Monday-Thursday, 6:00pm-6:00am.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, controls, PLCs, and 3-phase equipment.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery, conveyors, and facility systems.
- Conduct welding, fabrication, and general mechanical repairs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow OSHA safety standards.
- Support plant operations by ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (electrical mechanical required).
- Strong PLC troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read electrical prints and work with 3-phase systems.
- Welding and fabrication experience a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
- Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and in variable environments.
