Compensation Data
- Base Salary: $160k - $210k per year
- Eligible for Annual Bonus
- Eligible for Annual Salary Review & Merit Increase
- Willing to provide Relocation Assistance
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Industrial Engineers, guiding their daily activities and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture to support manufacturing goals.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate and refine existing manufacturing workflows to eliminate waste, reduce lead times, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Lean Implementation: Lead and execute Lean manufacturing methodologies (such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping) across the production floor. Quality Enhancement: Develop and implement robust quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and meet industry-leading standards.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with production, design, and supply chain teams to troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and drive seamless product life cycles.
- Project Management: Oversee facility layout updates and capital equipment installations to maximize throughput, safety, and productivity.

What You Bring To The Role
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing people, specifically with demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Industrial Engineers.
- Manufacturing Background: Strong practical experience working within a manual assembly environment, with capabilities in production systems, equipment troubleshooting, and process design.
- Lean Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in leading Lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement projects in an industrial setting.
- Safety Commitment: Strong awareness and adherence to safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
