Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located at our Hollywood, FL office. The Project Manager will oversee all phases of architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors, facilitating expediting processes, managing logistics, and conducting project inspections to ensure quality control. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to lead projects effectively and maintain high standards of service.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and budget management
- Proficiency in Expediting and familiarity with the expeditor role in the context of architectural projects
- Inspection and quality control skills to ensure compliance with design and construction standards
- Logistics Management skills to efficiently coordinate resources, timelines, and project deliverables
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in the architectural or construction industry is preferred
