Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Hollywood, FL. The selected candidate will oversee and manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with cobsultants, facilitating project deliverables, managing project teams, and ensuring compliance with project schedules. The Project Manager will act as the key liaison between stakeholders, ensuring all aspects of project execution adhere to the established vision and goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills and experience in Project Management, including timeline oversight, budget control, and stakeholder communication
- Work in Autodesk Revit required,
BIM management knowledge and experience preferred
- Proficiency in managing and expediting tasks to ensure timely project approvals and completion
- Ability to carry out review of project documents for code compliance and ensure quality standards are met
- Knowledge of Logistics Management for effective coordination of project resources and materials
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Experience in related work,
minumum 5 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- English required—spanish is a plus
