Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete project take-offs and cost estimates
- Provide outstanding customer service to potential and existing customers.
- Generate new business to meet divisional goals
- Manage crews in an effective manner.
- Act as the single point of contact with the customer(s).
- Total responsibility for project profitability and quality.
- Interacts with estimators, engineering, payroll and other support personnel during all phases of construction.
- Materials purchasing.
- Support field foreman and corporate safety program during the construction phase.
- Change Order management and administration.
- Job Cost Management.
- Process and manage the accuracy of time and material cost items.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in the roofing/construction industry.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills; both internal and external
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
