Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Roofing Project Manager based in Columbus, OH. The Roofing Project Manager will oversee all aspects of roofing projects, including planning, scheduling, and ensuring timely execution of tasks. Key responsibilities include managing resources, coordinating logistics, conducting site inspections, and streamlining processes to meet project goals. The role also involves effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience specifically in commercial roofing (required).
- Strong skills in Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
- Proven track record of managing TPO, PVC, EPDM, modified bitumen, and metal roofing projects.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management, including coordination of supplies, equipment, and team deployment.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.
- Experience in construction, roofing, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Columbus, OH, and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Proficient with construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid, The Edge, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
