We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of estimating, project management, and contract negotiation are executed with precision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven ability to control costs while delivering high-quality results.

Duties
- Prepare accurate and detailed construction estimates with our team using industry-standard software such as Bid 2 Win and Bluebeam.
- Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule on time work and deliveries.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets while maintaining quality standards.
- Work directly with project supervisors on a day to day basis talking through contract progress through the completion of the contract
- Evaluate and authorize payments to subcontractors and vendors
- Utilize construction site experience to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies during project execution.
Skills
- Proficiency in construction estimating software (Bluebeam, Bid 2 Win, Trimble Business Center, CAD) is highly desirable nut not required
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to foster positive relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- In-depth knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Experience in cost control techniques and pricing strategies within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with contracts related to construction projects, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
