OVERVIEW:
Bud Percha Painting, Inc. is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join our team. We are looking for someone with a strong background in the painting industry who can confidently estimate projects, communicate with customers, and manage jobs from start to finish. Painting experience is a MUST. This position is ideal for someone who understands the painting business and is ready to take on greater responsibility in project management and estimating.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with customers to discuss painting projects and provide estimates.
- Accurately estimate labor, materials, and project costs.
- Prepare project proposals and communicate pricing to customers.
- Schedule and coordinate painting crews and materials.
- Manage multiple projects from start to completion.
- Visit job sites to monitor progress and quality.
- Communicate with customers, employees, and subcontractors.
- Help ensure projects are completed on time and according to company standards.
- Address questions or concerns and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Perform final inspections and ensure customer satisfaction
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous professional painting experience required.
- Estimating and/or project management experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of painting processes, materials, and production.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Detail-oriented and able to accurately estimate jobs.
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
