Concrete Journeyman – Custom Residential Construction
Kaliber Concrete | $25–$35 per hour
Kaliber Concrete is seeking an experienced Concrete Journeyman for high-quality custom residential projects. Candidates must be capable of working independently, leading laborers, and completing concrete work from layout through placement.
Responsibilities
- Read plans and lay out foundations, footings, walls, and slabs.
- Build and set forms, fabricate and install rebar.
- Install anchor bolts, hold-downs, and embeds.
- Coordinate and supervise concrete pours.
- Direct laborers and maintain jobsite safety.
- Maintain clean, organized jobsites.
Requirements
- Proven residential concrete experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and work independently.
- Strong forming, layout, and concrete placement skills.
- Ability to supervise laborers and communicate effectively.
- Reliable transportation and smartphone.
- Personal hand tools, tool belt, skill saw, and required PPE.
Compensation
$25–$35/hour, depending on experience and performance.
