Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Litigation Paralegal role based in Norfolk, VA. The Litigation Paralegal will provide critical support to attorneys in the preparation and management of legal cases. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, performing legal research, managing case files, preparing pleadings and motions, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations. The candidate will work closely with lawyers and clients to facilitate successful case outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
- Proficiency in Legal Research to support case preparation
- Knowledge of drafting and managing Pleadings and Motions
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with legal case management software and tools
- Paralegal certification or relevant educational background in legal studies is preferred
- Prior experience in personal injury litigation is required,3 years
