Litigation Paralegal (Personal Injury)
Location: Norfolk, VA (Onsite)

Coastal Management Solutions is partnering with a well-established personal injury law firm in Norfolk, VA to hire an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a busy plaintiff litigation team. Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury litigation files from pre-suit through trial
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and routine motions
- Coordinate depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests
- Organize medical records, exhibits, and case documentation
- Maintain case calendars and ensure compliance with court deadlines
- Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and strategy support
Qualifications:
- 3 years of litigation paralegal experience (personal injury preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Virginia court procedures and filing requirements
- Experience drafting discovery and litigation documents
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office
