Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist with proven experience in Skilled Nursing billing to support our billing and operations. This role is responsible for accurate claim submission, accounts receivable follow-up, and essential back-office administrative functions that contribute to strong financial performance across our facilities.
Key Responsibilities

Submit Skilled Nursing claims (Medicare A & B, Managed Care, Medicaid, Private Pay)

Perform pre-billing reviews and participate in triple check processes

Monitor claim status and resolve billing edits, rejections, and denials

Conduct routine AR follow-up and document collection activity

Verify insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorizations

Process billing adjustments and corrections as needed

Maintain organized billing documentation and audit-ready records

Generate reports and support month-end billing close activities

Collaborate with admissions, MDS, therapy, and facility leadership teams

Assist with credentialing documentation and other administrative back-office tasks

Qualifications:Qualifications

Minimum 2 years Skilled Nursing billing experience (required)

Knowledge of Medicare SNF billing guidelines and payer requirements

Experience with AR follow-up and denial resolution

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Office
Preferred

Experience with SNF EMR/billing platforms (e.g., PointClickCare or similar)

Understanding of PDPM and consolidated billing rules

Multi-facility or centralized billing experience
Salary : $30 - $40
