Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage event crew schedules
- Coordinate availability, assignments, and shift changes
- Communicate call times, confirmations, and updates
- Maintain crew rosters and digital records
- Support production managers with staffing needs
- Use Connecteam and other scheduling/operations software
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Experience with Connecteam or similar workforce‑management tools
- Clear, professional communication
- Ability to work in fast‑paced event environments
- Bonus: Experience in live events, AV, or production software (Rentman, etc.)
Position Details
- Part‑time: 20–30 hours/week
