- Provide high-quality toddler care by ensuring the safety and well-being of each child in your classroom.
- Foster an inclusive environment that supports children with diverse needs, including those requiring special education.
- Engage children in educational activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies to create a harmonious learning atmosphere.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience for all students.
Experience
- Previous experience in preschool or early childhood education settings is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of caregiving practices and child development principles.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Experience working with children requiring special education services is a plus.
- A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field is highly desirable.
