Executes medical regimens prescribed by a licensed physician, dentist or other licensed health care provider legally authorized under the NYS Education Department and in accordance with NYS Department of Health regulations. Adheres to current Kaleida policies and standards of practice. Education And CredentialsCurrent NYS registration as a Registered Professional Nurse/RN Permit required upon hire and must be maintained thereafter. American Heart Association-Basic Life Support (BLS) within 6 months of Hire and must be maintained thereafter. Experience RN Surgical Services - One (1) year critical care/telemetry (within 3 years) experience preferred for PACU, Ambulatory Surgery Unit and Surgical Care Unit. RN Surgical Services
