Job DescriptionAccountable for the operations of an assigned team or teams of nurses, therapist, clerical staff or others. Responsibilities include the direction of specific programs and services, supervision of assigned staff ensuring high quality patient care, attainment of financial objectives, quality measures and patient and employee satisfaction. Success will be measured in three key outcomes: financial performance (performance to budget, attainment of case mix indicators, productivity and other factors); achievement of quality indicators at pre-determined targets; and satisfaction of patients, families, community agencies and physicians. Success will also be determined by the ability to collaborate with other managers, developing new services and integrate services within broader Kaleida Health.Education And CredentialsBS
- Bachelor of Science Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy required. MS
- Masters of Science Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy preferred. PTD
- Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred. Physical Therapist required upon hire. Occupational Therapist required upon hire. NYS Drivers License required upon hire.Experience2 years of experience in Certified Home Health required. 2 years of experience in Case Management preferred.Working Conditions
