Aloha, Our Kailua Town location is looking for a full time professional to fill 4-5 shifts/week. (Sundays are mandatory). We are looking for someone who exhibits integrity, flexibility and a positive attitude. Requirements/Responsibilities
Absolute musts to apply include:
-Excellent customer service
-Wine knowledge is a MUST!
-5 years minimum serving experience
-ability to work well in a team environment
-available to work evenings, weekends & holidays
-looking for 4 evenings per week
Responsibilities include:
-Greeting tables and following the restaurant's preferred service sequence
-Ensuring excellent and timely service
-Making sure your tables pay appropriately and your bank is in balance
-Beverage service (mainly beer, wine & coffee)
-Taking care of customers during the end of lunch service
Various amounts of side work to prepare the dining room for dinner that may include but are not be limited to :
filling condiments, general cleaning of the dining and buss areas, polishing glasses and silverware, stocking beverages and pastries, other duties as assigned
