Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic PM Server/Busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Server/Busser plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and efficiently, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service within the food industry.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
- Assist servers by providing support during busy periods, ensuring that all tables are attended to promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and bussing tables as needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure accurate order delivery and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or catering services as required.
- Ensure that all food safety standards are met while handling food items.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, particularly in restaurant or hotel settings.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
