Role Description
We’re looking for a Field Installation Technician to join our dynamic team. This hands-on position involves traveling to customer sites to install and maintain a variety of seating systems. If you enjoy working with your hands, problem-solving on-site, and being part of a close-knit, high-performance crew, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Install telescopic and fixed seating systems at customer locations
- Demolition of old bleachers and seating systems
- Read blueprints and follow detailed assembly instructions
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Travel nationwide for multi-day project installations
- Collaborate with team members and project leads on-site
- Represent the company professionally with customers
- Work overtime hours and occasional weekends as project demands
What We’re Looking For
- Previous construction, carpentry, or mechanical experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working at heights
- Willingness to travel extensively — mostly within Michigan, but also to job sites across the U.S.
- and Canada
- Dependable work ethic and strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
Compensation & Benefits
- $24.00 per hour, with paid travel time
- $300.00 per week per diem for food
- Overtime pay for hours beyond 40/week
