Pay: Starting at $16.50/hour
Job-Type: Part-Time (20 hours)
Shifts are based on operation hours of 6am-8pm. Current shift priorities include the following:
- Mid-Closing Shift: approximately 12:00pm - 8:30pm
- Open availability preferred (open–close schedules)
- Weekends are highly preferred
We are currently seeking an Office Clerk to join our team at Haiku Market.
Meat Cutters must follow approved procedures for receiving product, price marking, and restocking cases to ensure quality protection, accuracy and product rotation. Meat Cutters must follow all inventory control procedures to maximize product freshness, quality, turnover, and availability for maximum sales. They will assist customers and maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude towards all customers, team members and our Company by adhering to the Company’s World Class Service Program.
General Responsibilities:
- Conducts weekly price changes, including changing shelf stickers, bonus buy signs, store specials, item updates/deletions from computer system and maintaining overall price integrity in the store.
- Will also perform office clerical services at the service center desk.
- Operate cash registers and checkstands to provide customers with accurate and efficient checkout service.
- Maintain and operate the Department in an efficient manner and to ensure that performance contributes to the best financial interests of the store.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of retail customer service
- office administration experience in a grocery environment preferred.
- High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to frequently lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must comply with all company policies and requirements.
- Must possess valid TB Clearance.
