Tom Foolery's Front Desk Cashier

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Tom Foolery's Front Desk Cashier. In this role, you will deliver warm, friendly, and attentive service to create an exceptional guest experience. You will operate the front desk handling transactions, answering questions and assisting guests where needed.  

Pay Rate - $15/hr.

Key Responsibilities 

• Ensure that all guests are greeted with energy, a genuine smile, positive body language, focused eye contact, feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Assist guests at the Tom Foolery's front desk including resolving customer concerns. 
• Follow correct credit card handling procedures; process orders by recording orders and computing bill. 
• Assist with ongoing projects, additional job duties as assigned through managers

• Willingness to work flexible and sometimes long hours, including weekends and holidays.
