As a skilled Painter, you will contribute to maintaining the exceptional quality of our facilities. Your responsibilities will include mixing and applying paints to various surfaces, performing touch-ups, and overseeing large-scale painting projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for caulking interior and exterior building surfaces, cleaning, and moderate touch-up of EIFS surfaces. Key skills required for this role include a solid understanding of commercial and construction painting techniques, extensive knowledge of painting materials, and proficiency in using relevant tools. Previous experience with patching holes in EIFS is beneficial but not mandatory.
