2nd Shift - Guest Service Supervisor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions delivers a waterpark resort and conference experience all under one roof. The authentically African-inspired resort is home to America’s largest indoor waterparks and features well-appointed guest rooms, full-service Spa Kalahari, a fun-filled family entertainment center, on-site signature restaurants, unique retail shops and a state-of-the-art convention center. 

We are inviting you to apply for our Guest Services Supervisor position.  In this position, you’ll be responsible for assisting the front office management team while providing courteous and efficient service to all guests. You will be a resource for the many questions our guest may have and ensure customer satisfactions prior to arrival and throughout their stay. You’ll use our property management system to assign rooms, make keys, view and make notes in the guest’s folio and handle payments.

With this position, we do require a background of At least 2 to 3 years progressive experience in a hotel, resort, or related field, be proficient in Windows software, be able to convey information and ideas clearly, be able to work well in high pressure situations and maintain composure. Flexible long hours are sometimes required.
