Product Designer

We’re building a talent pipeline for upcoming Product Designer opportunities to join a team dedicated to advancing fund management solutions in the financial services space. In this role, you’ll design scalable, configurable systems that support complex institutional workflows, including accounting, analytics, and investor operations. You’ll help modernize existing platforms while contributing to the introduction of innovative, AI-enabled capabilities that enhance workflows and user experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in evolving environments and has strong experience designing for complex or enterprise-level systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design evolution of fund management products, transforming existing tools into flexible and scalable platforms tailored to sophisticated client needs
• Create intuitive, high-quality user experiences across intricate financial systems, ensuring clarity and usability
• Explore and contribute to AI-enabled solutions that help streamline operational workflows and enhance product capabilities
• Collaborate closely with users and stakeholders to gather insights, validate problems, and inform design decisions
• Participate in shaping new product directions, including leveraging emerging technologies to enable innovative solutions for fund managers
  
  
  
  

Core Requirements

• 7 years of experience in product design, preferably within financial services or complex enterprise environments
• Proven ability to design for highly structured systems, with a strong understanding of scalability and configurability
• Experience creating both interaction and visual design solutions with a high level of polish and attention to detail
• Familiarity with designing data-heavy or workflow-driven platforms
• Familiarity with AI-powered features within product design contexts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
