The role
- Design how AI shows up in the physical world: the copilot a guard talks to all night, the alerts a business acts on, and guards, robots, and sensors working together on a live site.
- Own products end-to-end. You get to understand the guards and customers who use what you build, figure out what they need, and ship.
- Work across every surface we have: web dashboard, native iOS and Android apps, and internal ops tools.
- Build the design system, the brand, and the quality bar — the foundation everyone hired after you builds on.
- Take what's working and raise it. Our products have real usage and real revenue but have never had a designer. You'll iterate against live usage and turn working v1s into experiences people love.
