Key Requirements

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities for multifamily and apartment projects
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all construction phases
- Monitor and control project costs, identifying potential cost savings without compromising quality
- Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the construction process
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes

Team Leadership
