Qualifications
- Obsessed about great patient outcomes (Preferred)
- Regularly utilizes the Test-Treat-Retest approach (Preferred)
- Looking for mentorship (Preferred)
- Have a valid Washington PT License or are in the process of completing licensure requirements
- Liability insurance facesheet (HPSO is preferred)
- Bring a curious mind and an attitude of always striving to improve
- Desire to provide 1:1 care and take full ownership of patient outcomes
- Interested in hands-on continuing education and pursuing COMT certification (if not already obtained)
- Strong teamwork mindset—collaborate to achieve the best patient outcomes, putting egos aside
- Appreciate the value of privately owned physical therapy clinics over hospital or corporate systems
- Value a positive, solutions-oriented culture that avoids complaints and excuses
- Bring solutions, not problems

- Establish an accurate diagnosis and successful treatment plan for all patients
- Utilize our EMR Prompt to complete notes in a timely fashion
- Meet company standards for metrics/stats for your caseload
- Meet once a month with the owner
- Meet once weekly as a team
- Participate in a structured 6–8 week onboarding program that includes business education on the “why” behind company standards
- Write 3–5 sentence discharge letters to patients upon graduation from PT
- Obtain 1 patient reviews per month (12 per year) to support SEO
