What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Laborer position at Kaizen Holdings?
Currently looking for Construction Workers for projects all across the US. Applicants must be willing to travel 70 – 75% of the time and have a valid and good standing drivers license. These are full time positions with overtime and paid travel time & travel expenses.
Construction Worker Responsibilities:
- Concrete restoration work.
- Running a jackhammer and breaking up old concrete
- Site clean up
- Surface Prep: Grinding, Etc.
- Set up / Tearing down Forms.
- Mixing and Pouring Concrete & Epoxy
Construction Worker Requirements:
- Concrete or Epoxy flooring experience is not required but is a big plus
- Should be able to work independently as well as with others
- Should be able to perform general activities common to the trade such as running a jack hammer
- Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high quality work
- Effective problem solving skills
- Valid Drivers License is required
