Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to assist with a variety of construction and job site tasks. The ideal candidate will support crews with site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and general labor duties while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople and construction crews on job sites
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Clean and prepare work areas
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely
- Move materials and supplies as directed
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Perform demolition, digging, lifting, and other physical labor tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment and temporary structures
Requirements
- Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices is a plus
Schedule
- Full-time / Part-time
- Monday–Friday with occasional overtime as needed
