Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Production & Operations: Oversee all aspects of garment care, including cleaning, pressing, spotting, and finishing to meet turnaround times.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise plant employees to ensure productivity.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished garments to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintenance: Ensure cleaning equipment (machines, presses, boilers) is properly maintained and operational.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce environmental and health regulations, including proper chemical handling.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor and order cleaning supplies, chemicals, and packaging materials.
- Customer Care: Resolve customer issues and maintain high service standards.
